The Fixed Panel is designed for the individual crossing application and is hardwired directly to crossing functions and is permanently mounted in the crossing house. This panel is customized for the crossing house and can be standard 19" or 23" rack mounted or can be designed as a wall-mounted panel.

Features include:

• A lock-out cover plate requires all switches to be placed in the "Off" position.
• A disable key switch to prevent inadvertent disabling of the crossing warning system
• Heavy duty, military spec components.
• 12v output provided when fixed MPH panel is active, can be used for external strobe indication or indication to control office using railroad provided event recorder.
• LED indication on the panel when a track is disabled.
• Disconnect switches to open all circuits when the fixed MPH panel is not active.
• Crossing system test switch for use during crossing maintenance.
